Can I go to the apple store and ask for a progress report?
I went to the apple store one time to replace my Macbook Pro charger and before they replaced it they did what they call a progress report on the charger that was broken. I’m having some problems with not the CHARGER but now with my MACBOOK PRO! Would I be able to just take a quick stop by the Apple store and ask for a progress report to see what’s wrong with it?
