Why MacBook Pro don’t have tablet?

Many graphic designers & programmers like to use tablet & also MacBook Pro, but the thing is why MacBook Pro didn’t have tablet. Tablet is easier for them to do their works. So, if Apple Mac itself come out with MacBook Pro tablet, it would be great. I think many people would buy it even have to pay a higher price. They have third parties who can do that mod but I think it’ll be better for Apple Mac to come out its own tablet.

I know is a aftermarket modification. So, now I’m waiting for Apple Mac to launch it official product. Yes, it is quite expensive but I think many IT geeks would pay for that money.
It would be even better if it is like the iPhone. LOL…

Actually Mac does have a tablet PC, its just not an official mac product its an aftermarket modification done by the good people at Axiotron. They call it the modbook (http://www.axiotron.com/index.php?id=modbook), and it is by no means cheap. The current price tag is $2200+.

I’ve drooled over these babies for a year now, but just can’t bring my self to drop that kind of money on a laptop.
